Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items back in their original norda™ box and secure them within a protective shipping mailer or outer box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the gear.
